Lead Testing at Delta Academy

Pursuant to Minnesota State Law, Delta Academy will test all sources of drinking water in our school on an annual basis, no later than December 1 of each school year. We will publish the results of the tests on our website and we will communicate results to families within 5 business days of receiving the results (or sooner, if required by law) using a paper notice sent home to students that will be translated into Somali. If the results indicate that remediation is necessary, we will include the plan for remediation here on the website as well as in the paper notice sent home to families.
